White Plains Expands PayByPhone
After the success of the initial PayByPhone locations, the City of White Plains has expanded the service to all lots and garages (5,100 spaces) that are not attended.
“All in all, the goal here is to make life easier for people who park in our city,” Mayor Thomas Roach said, “to reduce the number of tickets issued and to reduce the stress of people worrying about whether or not they’re going to get a ticket.”
