What is email verification and why are you asking me to do it?
Email verification is a process that allows us to confirm that you are the owner of the email address that is on your PayByPhone account and that this email is a valid email.
By verifying that you are the owner of your email address, you are ensuring:

We use your email as a means to identify you as a PayByPhone member and to ensure you receive important messages and updates from us, such as:
Verifying your email will not subscribe you to any newsletter or subscription list from PaybyPhone, parking operators, or our partners. You can always set your preferences regarding what types of messages you would like to receive from PayByPhone, parking operators and our partners by signing into the application and going to Settings.
How does email verification work?
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to verify your email:
Note: If you did not receive a verification email, please check your Junk or Spam folder. You should receive your verification email within a few minutes. If not, you can also request a new verification code to be sent to you.
3. Once you have entered the verification code, press “Submit” and that’s it!
I never added an email on my PayByPhone account, so why am I still being asked to verify my email?
Every PayByPhone user will now have to add a valid email to their PayByPhone account. This is to ensure the security of your account. Please see What is email verification and why are you asking me to do it? for more details
I have not received the verification email, what do I do?
If you are not receiving the verification email, please 1) Check spam, 2) Use another email or, 3) add verification@mail.paybyphone.com to the 'trusted sender' list 4) reach out to your email server to see if verification@mail.paybyphone.com is being blocked.
