Rights & Rates is PayByPhone’s customized parking product that helps our University, Hospital, and Municipal clients create parking policies to suit them and their users. Our Rights & Rates product can help you easily assign preferential parking rates, or grant exemptions to staff. You can also easily set up and control different parking policies for a range of locations.

Using PayByPhone’s top-rated app, drivers can see whether they are eligible to park in a location and will be shown the best price available to them.

Reviews & testimonials

Drivers register their electric vehicles with the government. The list of drivers is uploaded to Rights & Rates giving them preferred rates at locations.

Residents using PayByPhone pay up to 50% less for parking than visitors. This allowed Fort Lauderdale to provide discounted parking rates for their residents. This also reduced the number of meters and pay stations required, given all the special rates were on the PayByPhone app.

The Personalization policies (locations and rates) are configured and reviewed via the admin interface. The list of eligible residents is uploaded via API to PayByPhone’s Rates & Rights server and eligible drivers can select the preferential rate through the PayByPhone app.
